01. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Boost.Human platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

02. User Eligibility

To use Boost.Human, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years of age.
• •Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• •Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law.
• •Acknowledge that Boost.Human is for optimization and performance monitoring, not medical diagnosis.

03. Ecosystem Sync

Boost.Human works with the wearable ecosystem. You may need to grant permissions for health data (heart rate, SpO2, sleep, activity), background sync, and for the app to write workouts or recovery schedules to your device. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in data from third-party hardware or apps.

04. Commerce

Premium analytics may require a subscription. Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annual) and renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and where required by law.

05. Risk Protocol

In no event shall Boost.Human be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
